This is a time for you to truly unwind and soak in everything that will take place at Healed and Aligned Retreat. We want to minimize any distractions as much as possible and allow you the opportunity to full experience everything we have in store for you, so we ask that you refrain from using your phone as much as possible. Please make arrangements to have your children cared for and let your spouse know that you'll be practicing radical self-care for a few days. We know they want see you operating as your highest potential so we're sure they'll support you. Thank you for honoring our intention.

No alcohol will be served at the retreat. We also ask that you refrain from bringing or drinking alcohol during your time at The Heal and Aligned Retreat. Thank you for honoring our request.

YES! There will be designated pickup and drop off times upon your arrival and departure at the airport. If you are driving to the retreat venue, please send an email to hello@afrowellness.com (mailto:hello@afrowellness.com?subject=Traveling to Healed and Aligned Retreat)to inform us ahead of time as we can only accommodate a certain number of cars.
