Make a Difference In The Wellbeing of Our Community

We are committed to creating a beautiful, quality and safe environment for healing within our community. Your contribution will assist The Heal Space in continuing our mission and expansion.

The Heal Space currently offers classes online, outdoors and within Walnut Way Conservation Corp. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It is our desire to open our own wellness center where we can facilitate daily meditation, yoga classes, workshops and events and provide a variety or healing modalities and  wellness tools and resources to our community.

In 2019, The Heal Space joined the Brew City Match Program, a $3.5 billion grant backed by Chase Bank. This program supports entrepreneurship in Milwaukee’s historic commercial corridors. There were 59 winning businesses, including The Heal Space, who were awarded a suite of incentives, ranging from business planning assistance to location selection to design and cash incentives.

The Heal Space applied for location selection which allows us to be matched with vacant commercial properties within the Cesar Chavez Drive, North Avenue/Fond du Lac, and Historic King Drive commercial corridors.

We've found the perfect location that we would love to call home and now we need your help to bringing our vision into fruition.

This space is 3500 sqft and will allow us to have retail and studio space as well as building out rooms to offer individual therapy sessions, massage therapy, reiki and more to our members.

 

Currently, we know there is nothing quite like this, at this level that exists within the Milwaukee area for Black Women, Men and Children. We also know that it's important for that high quality, holistic wellness and support is available and easily accessible for all those who seek it.
