This Wind Down Meditation can be used to assist you in derobing mentally, spiritually and emotionally from your day. You'll be guided gently into checking in with your body, relaxing your breath and preparing for a peaceful night's rest. This also includes an additional hour of music to assist you in further relaxation and falling asleep after your meditation.
